Ticket Exchange Desk

As usual, Rock Werchter will organise a ticket exchange desk this year. This can be found at the main entrance of the festival grounds.
The ticket exchange desk was set up a few years ago to counter the black market. Our ticket exchange desk tries to sell the surplus tickets at the official prices. For example, when one of your friends has a spare festival ticket, it can be offered for sale at the ticket exchange desk.

This is how it works: your ticket is registered on a sales list and you provide us with your personal information. If your ticket finds a buyer, the money will be transferred to you after the festival.

Keep in mind: the ticket exchange desk doesn't equal reimbursement! Those who offer surplus tickets, will be served according to the first come, first served principle. This means that it's possible the ticket exchange desk wasn't able to resell your ticket and therefore cannot reimburse it.
